    I thought i found it as Pa. Criminal Intelligence Ctr. for DHS. Also one listed in Phila., Delaware Valley Itelligence Ctr. amd one in Pittsburgh, Southwestern Pa. Region 13 Fusion Ctr.

    Welp, I had some insider 411 seeing that I'm old enough to be "present at the creation" in a manner of speaking given that I drilled there when it was the USNR/USMCR Reserve Center back in the 80s.

    I need to get back out to Altoona so I can stop by Surplus City and resupply on nuts and bolts by the pound again. Last time I stocked up my supply lasted about 10 years.
