    Interesting. My bet is some sort of weapons storage facility given the Quonset hut shaped buildings on one side and the long cylindrical building with roof top duct work and air handler on the other. Something on that side needs good ventilation.

    Yup, apparently one is needed in Altoona to deal with all those restaurant employees and out of work rail workers, or maybe they're there to keep watch over Veeder Root. Don't think there's much else going on in Altoona anymore.
