If there's any state that can get a law prohibiting OC repealed, it's Texas.

    Good luck to them.

They were the one's who allowed it to pass in the first place, no? I wish them luck, but for the life of me I can't understand how Texas keeps getting equated with a gun loving populace and great gun laws... Pa. is where that sentiment should go.

Not until we eliminate the transfer paper requirement for handguns and the "not a registry" database kept by the state police.

True, no one in the top 20 on Brady's list deserves that kind of honor.

PA also needs to get rid of the laws about having a handgun in/on your vehicle- you shouldn't need an LTCF or any other state lisc to carry in/on your vehicle or for going to somewhere other than a range, gunsmith, etc as defined by the current law. That and PA needs a good castle doctrine /stand your ground law, with the part about the BG or their family not being able to sue you.

Oh and the PGC needs to be demolished and something better and not prone to becoming corrupt dickwads set up.
    LOL, I am a woman...

Thankfully that isn't the case in Florida. In essence, the car is an extension of your home; you don't need a permit in order to have a gun in your car, but it does need to be enclosed.
