This makes me nervous. Meaning that new applicants will be waiting indefinitely? I still don't have the letter and I haven't gotten a response from the membership folks that I emailed either.

They don't respond quickly if that's what your looking for.

As I stated in my previous post, the person who was processing memberships left the position (volunteer). PMSC is scrambling to figure out and process what they have pending and find a replacement membership person. If you want to push the issue feel free to contact any or all of the following:

I just found out today that no applicants were voted in at the April meeting because there wasn't a quorum. This is why you didn't get your letter. There will be an attempt to vote applicants in during the May meeting.
Sorry about this OP. Looks like you'll have to wait another month.

I'm not a member, but keeping in mind that the positions are volunteer....If you want to push the issue, be prepared to volunteer to fill the vacancy. Otherwise, sit back and wait quietly until someone else volunteers and gets to you.

Great news! I got my acceptance letter yesterday! I'll be at the club tomorrow for initiation and then after work Thursday with my 930. I can't wait!
