Talon Rubber Grips on Shield?
Any opinions of Talon rubber grips on the S&W M&P Shield? Just looking for some pros and cons with owners and people who have tried them. Thanks!

Thanks! My biggest concern is them peeling. I'll give them a shot. I wish the shield was slightly a little more "grippy".

I have them on my XDs and they are very nice. Much better than the Hogue grips.

I went with GT5000 grip tape on mine, because I needed some for another item. Not cut-to-fit like Talons, but same idea. They help without adding much bulk.

Have them on my Shield. Wouldn't go without them. Better grip, improved accuracy and no peeling to date. Plus, for the price you can't really go wrong. Have Talons on most of my guns.

Re: Talon Rubber Grips on Shield?
I've tried various "grip" enhancements on a G17 and a G26 over the years. I haven't tried the Talons, but I've tried similar "decals" along with slip on grips. After all was said and done, each one had at least one or more short comings that I couldn't get past.
I removed them all and find that the Glock grip in it's original form was the best "grip".
BTW, I refuse to stipple.Toujours pręt

The way I see it is if it is a polymer framed pistol talon grips will improve the grip and feel of the pistol no matter how aggressive the stippling is.

I have them on 2 guns and like them very much.
I have also used the tractiongrips and they are very good too and cheaper.
