Holy crap! LTCF renewal reminder in the mail today!

This is the first time that I can ever recall, getting a renewal notice in the mail from Luzerne County. I do see they are still requiring the references.

Yes, application was in there too. My wife also got hers since we previously got our licenses together on the same day.

Berks is very easy but he doesn't mail out renewals.

So he is not only breaking the law & engaging in official oppression, but stealing, as a set about it set aside in the LTCF poll tax to ensure this is done and handle costs. A dollar & 2/5ths sticks in my head, but that exact amount maybe wrong.

Berks is F*&%ING Awesome! They have several P.D. Offices where you can renew during off hours of the court house. If you do go to the Court house you are in and out in no time. If they are doing it wrong that's a shame, however they are one of the best at LTCF around!
