Question on gifting a firearm to my daughter
I know about gifting a firearm to someone under 21, but my question is she is moving to Virginia in a couple of months and before she goes I would like to gift her a handgun, she is 20. Is she allowed by law to take it with her to Virginia? Thanks.

Re: Question on gifting a firearm to my daughter
Yes provided you gift it to her while both you and she are Pa residents and the transfer occurs in Pa. The minimum age for handgun possession in VA is 18 and she can bring it with her during her move of household goods.
IANAL
