I had been holding off saying yes or no thanks to my erratic schedule. I ended up landing a last minute job for next week with the military down south below the Mason Dixon line. So tomorrow I've got to get my gear together, do some errands and review a bunch of powerpoints before hitting the road. So unfortunately I cannot make it but enjoy yourselves and have fun.

Thank you to our hosts and to Roger for putting this event together. It was good to meet a few members and to shoot the breeze along with lots of lead. Kudos to ExFlyinguy for making the 2.5 hour trek to attend.

The day was pretty warm but shooting conditions were good with almost no wind. My son enjoyed shooting out to 300 yards.

Someone forgot something important but it is now back with its rightful owner.

We are looking forward to next time and hopefully with a better turnout.

As I suspected no rain. Sadly, for me it was too bloody hot. Maybe next time they will have the pistol range up and running again. I assume there will be a next time.

Next time, there should be a discussion about a next time. I guess next time we should pick a date not an archery weekend. It was a close thing. mostof you didn't know about. Usually they close the range at noon on Saturday before the archery shoot to set up the 3D targets. I had forgotten about that.
