Ok first of all, if you can actually read, you would've read and understood that my previous thread was a different question. The first one was regarding me driving our car with her gun in it. This question was can she carry my gun to a destination/in our car while we're together. Two completely different scenarios and restrictions. Now if anyone actually read and understands the pa concealed carry paws and regulations, please feel free to let me know if it is legal for my wife who is a concealed carry permit holder to carry my gun while in a vehicle until I can open carry or just keep it in her purse. I know it is legal for a husband to give a gun to his wife as a gift without transfer. So if we were to get pulled over, and the gun was hers, I would not have any issues. The law actually states that if your driving a car that is registered to your spouse and your spouse is a legal concealed carry permit holder, it puts you into the exceptions category meaning it is not illegal for me to drive her car with her gun in it without her. Before you people jump to conclusions and try to be as negative as possible, stop, think, research, then reply. It'll save you the embarrassment and save the poster looking for legit answers frustration and anger from dealing with complete knuckle heads. What I am wondering is when we go somewhere together, can my wife carry my gun in the car until we get to our destination, then I can open carry? She has her license to concealed carry, I do not.

Maybe I should simplify this. Is it ok for a person who has their license to carry, to carry someone else's gun that is legally allowed to purchase and own a firearm?

Uhhh correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be illegal for you to drive her vehicle, with the weapon in it. You don't fall under the exceptions rule, because you are not otherwise eligible to have a LTCF.... You got denied because of your Mary Jane offense.
