Washington County Archery Range Grand Opening Event (SW PA)

Washington County Archery Range will have a grand opening event on April 23rd and 24th at our new 10-acre Archery Range located near West Alexander, PA.

25+ 3D targets including bear, deer, turkey, groundhogs, rabbits, boar, coyote, raccoon, antelope, fox, etc.
5-foot, 10-foot, and 20-foot shooting platforms
1/4 mile Sporting Archery Course with 15+ stations
50-yard flat practice area
Monthly Tournaments (First one May 14th)
Realistic shooting stations with trees, bushes, creeks, and hills to simulate real-world archery
Yearly membership fees of $100 with $5 per run of Sporting Archery Course
School Club and family discounts are available
Directions: Exit 1 of I-70, left at stop sign onto Old Brick for 1/2 mile, then right on Greaves for 1/2 mile. (40.09475, -80.51135)

The weather delayed us a bit, but the 10' and 20' shooting platforms will be completed by this Saturday and we will have about twenty 3D targets out for the first 5 shooting stations. We are calling this a "Mini" Opening for archers to come out to see what we are building and shoot the first 5 stations for free, and to sign up for a chance to win a free membership for 2016. The entire 10-acre facility will be completed by May 1st. We will be taking membership applications this Saturday.

Starting at 9am today Washington County Archery range will have a free shoot at our 15-station 20-target Sporting Archery Course. Shooters will be allowed to run the entire course for free. Shooters must be 13+ years old and today is the first day we are taking memberships. Price is $100 per year plus $5 to run the course each time.

Directions to range: Exit 1 of I-70 in PA (West Alexander, PA), then left at stop sign, then 1/2 mile down Old Brick Road then right on Greaves for 1/4 mile on right at gravel parking lot.
