Hello Guys, I'd like to know where the hunting time starts?
by the way, can I get a license for hunting at wal-mart?

If you have taken the hunter safety education course or have a prior year hunting license from any state you can get a PA license. Yes Walmart generally sell them. However they don't discount them so why not give the business to a smaller retailer? Just a thought.
