"Mating" isn't really terribly difficult unless you use no-name bottom of the barrel parts or "Turn Out Parts as Fast as Possible for Profit During a Panic" parts.
Maybe "mating" wasn't exactly the right word. I've owned a couple of factory ar's and this one seems to be the best fitted one I've had. I have a psa and had a ban Era bushmaster (I know not top dollar stuff) but my bushmaster I actually put a rubber nub under the rear pin because it had a small gap between the upper and lower. This one fits almost perfectly. No slop at all. Either way, I'm happy with my deal. Lol!

Mainly from the classified section here. I also bought a bunch of Anderson lowers from Tropp when they were $49. The last one I did wound up being under 300 bucks.

Wow! The other one I built with an unfired psa lower and a new psa freedom upper and a matech rear sight was right at $460. Even looking around at "budget" rifle kits and a $50 lower ends up at about $460. Wish I could find some to build for $300ish!

Mine has been pretty good so far. Their carrier has been good, as well. Granted, mine may not be representative of the whole, as I don't have a huge number of rounds down range with them, but I haven't had issues in the time I have been using them. If nothing else, I'm sold again on how awesome Robar's NP3 is.

Put a .458 Socom upper on it, they use 45-70 bullets. Close enough right? The modern buffalo rifle right there.
