    Default FNS-9/ FNS-9c: Feedback......

I have seen great reviews on these...both with the manual safety and not. Anyone own them? Feedback? Where did you buy? What did you pay?

It's not the 9mm, but I have an FNS-40c and absolutely love it. Decent trigger (by my standards), not as snappy as many other .40's I've owned/shot, full ambi controls (I'm a lefty) and is very accurate for a compact. My only real gripe is that the slide release, being designed for CC, is very shallow, and a bit stiff, making it difficult to work sometimes (it has worked-in a bit with use though)

Mine has the night sights, and no external safety. I had some trouble finding a holster I wanted for it, but it fits very well in a holster for a full size FNS (providing it,s not cut to cover the full barrel).

Let me search some old threads to link to, for my previous posts on it.

I have a FNS-9, good reliable gun, only downfall is the trigger. It's ok and I hear it gets better but mine hasn't.

The FNP dings the bottom of the slide with the take down lever. They might have fixed it in the S.

I have the FNS 9 and the 40c, I really like them both. If you would like to try them out, message me and we can set up a time/day for you to try them.

I love how the pistol shoots and feels. Pissed about the very little after market support.
I'm only here for the wood c-rings.

I picked up an FNS 9 a few months back. Nice gun, great feel, and a good shooter. About 700-800 rounds through it so far no issues. Had to adjust my grip to correct trigger finger placement, but that was me.

Unfortunately, (for the FN) I picked up a Walther PPQ at the same time. The FN trigger not quite as nice as the Walther, but still much better than the M&P stock trigger.

Well...I picked up an FNS-9, all black, with manual safety today at Enck's Gun Barn. New. $500.00. Great deal.
