    Default Absentee ballot

Just realized I will be away on 4/26.

Anyone ever get an absentee ballot?

I suppose I need to contact my county elections board to do this?

You're in luck, the election is on 4/26, not 5/26.

When I was in college, I voted via absentee ballot during the McCain-Obama election. It was easy.

    Almost always.

Not sure if it's true but I've heard they don't count them unless the election is close enough to make a difference either way.
