    Yup, You picked nice land wise. On my side Wernersville/Robesonia/South Heidelberg work best. I have no land, bummer.

    Yup...sold it a few months ago and have been staying with family in the meantime. Made it a lot easier looking without having a house to sell looming over us.

    Fwiw took over a year to offload a rowhome in holmesburg.

    I specifically limited the homes to anything above 1/4 acre....and we lucked out getting one with 1/2 acre. Taxes arent bad either.
