My son carries his .40 Shield IWB at 4 o'clock. I'll ask him what brand.

I carry my Shield in a DeSantis Mini Scabbard OWB at 3-4 o'clock. My buddy just got a StealthGear AIWB for appendix carry and loves it so far. He insists on IWB and is hoping the backing/lining of the StealthGear doesn't get uncomfortable in summer. Tall order since he lives in SW Arizona.

I have a DeSantis Mini Scabbard also that I like a lot, but lately I'm finding myself using a Fobus paddle holster. Very easy to put on and remove and carry's well for me

My brother carries his in a hybrid IWC leather/kydex that someone he works with makes. Very similar to this with exception of powder coated metal clips.

I carry my XDS .45 in the same type of holster that the same guy made for me. Both guns are very similar in size. My brother is probably 140lbs and carries his @ 3 oclock I am 290 lbs and carry mine around 4oclock. Very comfortable.
