I bet if you posted that you were going to cut the antlers off and keep them, black helicopters and SUVs from state and federal agencies would arrive faster than you could find a hacksaw.

According to the Pa Game digest that comes with your hunting license deer leftovers are indeed 'household waste' and can be discarded in the trash and must be picked up. Get out the chainsaw and carve it into manageable pieces. Wear a hockey mask. Have fun with it!
