I'll be down in that corner of the state over the weekend and hope to stop on the way home Sunday. Probably won't make it until after lunch but I remember it as being a good show when I lived down there. Hope you guys leave something for me

Are you thinking of the Dutch-Way in Schafferstown (on 501) Caruso's is right around the corner. They do have good food there! There is a new pizza shop at the intersection of 501 and 422 in Myerstown I think it's called Francisco's in the old Kumm-Essse restaurant that has good food as well and that's just a few miles west of the Dutch-Way in Myerstown.

Good thing the gun show was an excuse for me to ride. When I finally arrived at 2:45 they were packing up! Judging by the size of the hall it would have taken me 20 minutes tops to walk through. I never saw a single sign anywhere. Even when you arrive at the parking lot, you barely see a small sign with just "EAGLE SHOW" on it. If you didn't know you'd think they are selling birds of prey. Anyway, got to see a little bit of Lebanon but it was worth this pic.

Really, What do you expect when you show up 15 minutes before closing time on the final day?
I thought I wanted to go today but it was after 1:00 when I finally finished with one of the many chores I had for the day and decided it wasn't worth while to go because by the time I get there I wouldn't have time to get through half of one of the halls so I let myself down and skipped the temptation to go anyhow.
Look at the bright side, it was a nice day for a ride.

    ETA:Nice looking bike!

I stopped at about 1 PM today, spent an hour or so wandering around. Didn't see any great deals but did pick up some 380 ammo for a decent price. Nothing else on the shopping list so I left. Well I did see a Full Auto Thompson for $20K. That's a bit over budget so I left it for someone else. Lots of handguns, quite a few rifles and shotguns, some military, lots of folks with ammo (both new and old), a fair amount of brass but none I needed, assorted holsters, gun cases etc. Both wings of the building plus the lobby were full of tables.

That's why I didn't bother to check the closing time! Assumed it was 5pm. Either way I would win, I figured. Oh, thanks for the compliment!

No deals found. Pick up some ammunition and BCM accessories.
A Republic, if you can keep it.

They didn't ask for the $5.00 admission fee at 2:45 did they?
