Sounds like someone knew what he had and when he'd be gone.

Eagles defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley found his South Philadelphia townhouse ransacked from top to bottom when he returned from a preseason game early Saturday morning.
Bunkley told cops a burglar had apparently forced open his back door and made off with $7,950 worth of guns, video-game systems and cameras, according to police records.

Police spokesman Lt. Frank Vanore said "viable evidence" had been collected at the scene and hopefully would lead to a suspect.

The 24-year-old Tampa, Fla., native lives in the Reserve in Packer Park, a pricey, suburban-styled development on 20th Street near Pattison Avenue that Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg also calls home.

Bunkley told cops he left his house for Eagles training camp at about 1 p.m. on July 24.

He returned home at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday, following the Eagles preseason loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to the police records.

Bunkley reported a PlayStation 3, an XBox 360, a Nintendo Wii and a $600 camcorder among his missing items.

Also gone was his collection of firearms: two Desert Eagle .50-caliber handguns, an Armalite rifle, a custom-made .223-caliber rifle, a .45-caliber Glock handgun and ammunition for all of the weapons, the records show.

An Eagles spokesman said last night that the team was aware of the situation but had no comment.

When reached by phone last night, Bunkley also declined to comment.

Vanore said investigators are "concerned about those weapons being out there" and are asking anyone with information about the incident to call 215-686- TIPS. *
