Oddly enough in her own strange way she WAS saying "something nice".

Her sadness at the murders was seen as racist "white privilege". There's a blog or something by some guy who essentially made this into a bigger stink than it was and it was all about racist whites.

As far as "libs" go, she was about as far from a lib as I've seen in local media.
Maybe that's why she's seen as a racist though.

Someone thought it wasn't so nice, even if some of it was correct. It's probably best advised in that line of work to keep some things to yourself.

Correct, keep dumbing down America as to what the real problems might be. This also works in our school systems.

She profiled, and for that she got fired. When it turns out she was right she won't get her job back. Being right doesn't matter anymore. Being PC, and not offending, even if it is in Rainbows, and Unicorn UTOPIA is where we are being forced to be.

This is why we no longer have news. Everything is agenda driven to appeal to a viewpoint for ratings, and to sell soap. The only hope we have to get unbiased news is the internet, but even that has a money driven angle, and we continue to be misled, and divided.
