    Open primaries are BS.

Great night for Cruz and terrible night for Rubio. It's time for Rubio to bin it.

Rubio is unlikely to bin it if he wins Florida. If he does drop out most of his voted will go to Cruz and a few to Kasich. I think he knows that he cannot win, but he want to draw as many delegates as he can to avoid a Trump victory. If Cruz, Rubio, and Kasich do that they could deny Trump a first voting round voting nomination. That is one of their goals because that means the Convention dynamics change. Backroom dealing as a start and then negotiating between the campaigns. Deals could be made to stop Trump. For example, if Cruz can get Rubio and Kasich behind him he could have enough delegates to win. How can he do that? He could promise one the Vice Presidency and another a position in the Cabinet. The lure of high office appeals to politicians.

Or whats actually going to happen is that the party leadership will pull their normal bullshit and see to it that a rino that can't win gets the nomination.

The problem with Rubio is money. After he tanked on super tuesday I heard a lot of big donors pulled back on their plans to back Rubio. With all his losing going on people just are not going to send him hard money. Like Jeb! he'll tap out how many $2700 checks that can be written. After a bad Saturday people will pull back even more and I hear he is having a hard time attracting a crowd now.

Rubio talked big about going all the way to the convention and I guess if he is pig headed enough he can try, but realistically there is no point. Cruz raised more money last month than any other candidate and he is going big in Florida to break the back of Rubio's campaign.

There is no way Trump will take Rubio as VP. The only possible chance is for Rubio to throw in right now behind Cruz in hopes of getting VP with him
