PICS Outage All Day

I have been trying all day to get PICS since 10 am. Is anyone else having this problem?

I went to meet up with a guy to sell two of my pistols this morning. Same shit since 9am. After waiting two hours, we decided to come back on monday.

Had a transfer today at 1pm got there early to see what guns were on the rack,owner said PICs was down since 10 am so called the buyer to save him the trip and will re-schedule transfer !
