Anyone have a Chiappa Rhino in 4 or 6 inch? What are your thoughts?
Title says it all. The more I read, hear about them, but better my thoughts are....

I like mine, but my wife likes it more. Rhino fits her hand better than K frames.
Know your audience. Don't try to sell a Prius at a Monster Truck Rally.

I un-ironically think they look really cool and the alternative design is intriguing. They look futuristic to me. I've never been to a place that rents them though.

I used to have one, loved the gun and the design. Really tames the recoil for anyone that shoots it. If you have bigger hands like me, just be aware of your hands. I've burnt my finger quite a few times.

I grabbed one up when they first came out. I have the short barrel, 1st Gen. It is a unique gun, based on the Mateba. It feels good in the hand and shoots well. I had to use snap caps for quite a while to easy out the trigger. But I haven't had a problem with it. I've put both factory .357/.38', and my reloads through it without issue. Recoil is very manageable. Especially with .38's.
I'd say the only thing about the gun that takes getting used to is the trigger. But I believe they fixed that in the later versions. No regrets in my purchaseLast edited by PeskyGee; March 3rd, 2016 at 02:48 PM.
