We are very excited to announce the latest range expansion at Washington County Tactical Range. On 23-April-2016, we will have the Grand Opening of our Archery Range. The range will be separate from the firearm ranges and will have 10' and 20' shooting platforms as well as ground level shooting areas with 25+ 3D targets ranging from bear, buck, does, turkeys, boar, and rabbits from 10 to 100 yards. The range will also have a 50-yard flat area for practice and a walking trail with targets at different shooting stations. The archery range will have it's own private parking lot separate from the firearm ranges. Range Members of Washington County Tactical Range will automatically be members of Washington County Archery Range. We will start taking Washington County Archery Range memberships on April 1st with membership fees of $100. Members will be allowed to shoot archery from sunrise to sunset 7-days a week. Special Group Discounts will be available for Families and High School Archery Clubs.

We plan on holding two sanctioned International Bowhunting Organization (IBO) events per year as well as monthly tournaments.

We had several people asking us about age limitations on the three Archery Ranges. Instead of the 16+ age requirement we have on the four firearm ranges, we are setting a 13+ age requirement for our archery ranges. We hope this lower age requirement will allow many more young people to enjoy our unique range while at the same time providing a very safe environment for everyone. Note: Anyone under 18 requires an adult to be with the archer at all times.
