Re: Gander Mountain Coming to Monroeville PA - Spring 2016
But Century III is next to Walmart and all the other shit above the "mall" , People drive around that area a lot.. and they fit in with DICKS, Anthony Arms & Some of Walmart's high prices... everyone's over priced so pick your poison ... the Robinson store for the most part is shit out of luck... After sitting in traffic for a half an hour to go the 1/4 mile from Walmart to Costco ...most people are not going down the hill past Costco... Lets JUST GO HOME!!!

Meh. Wake me up when I can hit Cabela's without a drive to WV. I think the only good deal I've seen at GM in the past 5 years was Tannerite cheap.

Yes please. Preferably a real Cabela's instead of one of the smaller new format stores, but anything would be better than nothing. Cabela's, like GM and BP, is over priced, but at least they usually have coupons that makes things reasonable. And their selection is hard to beat.
(I was just at the Moon/Robinson GM. Can't say I bought anything)

The Moon Gander what something I needed in stock when four or five other stores I went to did not. It is now my FIRST stop for any kind of outdoors stuff. Screw REI, Dicks, Dunham's, etc.

I like going there to check out guns I'm going to buy online...at least I get to hold and inspect it before buying that way. Saved me from a few mistakes...like NOT actually liking the way a Smith Shield feels in my hand or not being able to manipulate a slide lock or safety on any given pistol, making it a deal-killer.
They have decent ammo sales actually...and rebates, and always in stock.
I'd never buy an overpriced gun there unless it were a used one I couldn't find anywhere else, but I do enjoy going there.Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Cabelas ammo is a dollar a box over Walmart. Neither is a deal anymore, you need to buy cases online. But both are just fine if you need a dozen boxes. They are not that bad. Their new guns are pricey. People seem to do very well there with their Cabelas points, cards, and working them into their sales. Or at least that's what people tell me. I don't buy enough stuff to get involved in that. Reminds me of when my last GF would call and tell she just spent $500 on some stuff but somehow she actually saved $200. I'm thinking her bank account balance did NOT go up by $200.
