Default Survival Shotguns: Pic Thread - Lets See Them!

MODS, I did a search and couldn't find a thread. Move if needed.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, I stumbled across a thread (on AR15.com) almost a year ago while Googling some gun parts for my H&R Pardner single shot in 12 Gauge.

I was looking to turn it into something fun for my two kids to grow up with (5 year old daughter & 9 year old stepson). I sent it off to H&R before they stopped their barrel exchange program. I had them fit (4) barrels to my receiver: .410 Bore 26" Full, 28 Gauge 26" Mod, 16 Gauge 28" Full & 12 Gauge 28" Full. The only reason I didn't get a 20 Gauge was because they were sold-out and no longer going to be available.

I finally decided to have one of my 12 Gauge barrels cut to 20 inches and threaded for Rem-Chokes. As well as having a Green fiber optic sight put on. I also added a Choate stock and forend. But, since I was so into it, I decided to add some more... I added a MagPul 5-slot picatinny rail towards the front on left side of the forend for a flashlight. I added a Streamlight TLR-1 HL (800 Lumens). I also had BrownCoatTactical.com make me a 6-round shotshell carrier that I installed on the right side of my stock and they custom made me a single round shotshell carrier that I could mount on the right side of my receiver for quick reloads.

    Here are some pics.....

Looks like the Chiappa X Caliber, similar. Did yours come with caliber adapters?

The Chiappa X-Caliber looks a bit like the M6, though the SG barrel on the Chiappa is a 12 gauge, thus allowing for the use of chamber adapters.
The Springfield M6 - out of production for some years now - is a .410/.22LR or .410/.22 Hornet. I have friend who owns the .22 Hornet version.
Nowadays, they fetch a premium on Gunbroker and similar sites.

Would the KEL-TEC KSG be considered a good survival shotgun? or is it considered to be too tactical to be a part of this thread?

imoses14, the H&R looks great. With some practice single shots are very capable defensive weapons. I'm still interested in the original wood if we can work something out .
