Re: Let's see that Milsurp
Here's another photo of a Nagant revolver with holster. The revolver is not refurbed, and the serial number on the side plate does not match the frame. I was lucky enough to find a very nice holster on Ebay for a decent price--I didn't want the typical holster that comes with the refurbs. I'm going to try inserting photos using Photobucket.

I know you can use a suppressor, I'd never do it though (perhaps if I was paid a lot of money to do so, or my life was threatened if I didn't do so...otherwise, nyet!).

Re: Let's see that Milsurp
Thanks. I lucked out on an auction and got this for a decent price. The double action fly arm spring was broken, and the side plate is non matching--I just wanted something that showed some wear. Matching is nice, but not always necessary. I think I fixed the double action--at least my solution seems to work so far. I didn't alter the gun--it's hard to explain how I fixed it without going into a long, drawn out explanation. The springs are nearly impossible to find.

Re: Let's see that Milsurp
I would just need to find a flat spring that was suitable to use, the size it down to fit--I just couldn't find anything. I cut a piece of banding strap to fit, then used what was left of the original spring as the banding strap isn't "springy".
