Allegheny County Police Academy will be holding a License to Carry Event on Saturday Feb 27, 2016 time 8am-2pm

They process LTCF applications outside of the regular office downtown for a day.

Exactly, and they will in future have a few other locations for the convenience of applicants that do not live in the northern section.
