Default What do I need to for my undetermined challenge

Ok so on the challenge form it states that you can send in information to help speed up the process of the challenge. What information do they not have that I would. I sent them a copy of my fingerprints that I get every year to work in schools. I sent them the results of a psych evaluation, federal, and state background check which all checked out good. I have copies of the only offense on my record ( DUI ) should I send them? I recently found out that on the docket form when you do my background check for my DUI the common pleas docket stated closed but the MDJ docket reads active. Could that be the reason I am in a undetermined state. I called the MDJ and got it fixed. Any help would be appreciated. I'm confused, angry, and a whole other bunch of words I will keep off this thread.
