2016 NFA wait time

I just got off the phone with a woman from atf, she said that if I didnt go all the way back,
to the first page and hit submit, the e-form will just sit there dormant, but my cc will be charged.
She put me in touch with a gary shivel, he is in charge of the e-form dept. I left him a message.

BTW, the woman was very nice, we talked for 15min about the nfa process, they get 10k forms a day,
and they are working 7days a week including holidays.

Hopefully Gary can somehow expedite your form. Good luck!

I also just called about 20 minutes ago. Pretty sure I heard the nice lady you spoke with in the background...but I got a real miserable dick this time. He said to expect 11-13 months, which is up from 9 months only a month ago.

WOW! The nice lady told me they are doing april may and june of last year now.
Soon it will only take 9mos once caught up.

Does anybody know how to get back to your e-form on the ATF site? The guy from the e-form dept,
told me to log on to the site and pull up my form, I was at work on my cell phone and didn't have time to ask
how to do it. I'm trying now with no luck.

Once you log in with your password, a popup will require to acknowledge (sorry didn't read it closely) gov't site etc.

On the left column you will see "MY FORMS" below that you see "APPROVED" and below that "FORM 1"

I clicked on "FORM 1" and the info appeared in the bottom.

When I go to the website and pull up my Form 1 to view it has "DRAFT" as a watermark across it. Of course when I printed it for my records it has the same thing. If I am questioned about my SBR at the range will that form suffice? I never received an actual paper form in the mail from the ATF.

You wont get a hard copy from the ATF for an eform. I believe I got an email from them with a PDF attached as my form1.

Regarding your online viewing, something seems wrong. Mine does NOT say "DRAFT" anywhere that I can find.

This is not that uncommon. Reply to the approval email and ATF will update your form to show 'APPROVED' within a couple days. If you don't have that email, the email the experts via the website.

Sorry, not sure I'm following. Do you mean that you need the website address for the eforms?

I found it, (e-trace).

Cant log in. I called and the guy reset my password three times ,
but still wont work. he said I have to call scott from the e-form dept (again).

I tried your link you posted and it worked, THANKS!

Only problem is there is no form 1 It goes from 2-6

No form 1 or 4
