I meant to ask you a question.
Since you are new to PA, have you gotten your License To Carry Firearms (LTCF) yet? It's great to have, eliminating a lot of transportation issues.

I ask because the newly elected sheriff has made some changes, supposedly to make it easier, but we at PAFOA have not seen any reports on how it is going. A review of your experience would be very helpful to all here.

I also live in Pottstown. I belong to Elverson, which is not accepting any new members right now. I also belong to a club in Bechtelsville, which is 10 minutes from Pottstown.

There is another club in Morgantown that I belonged to as well. I forget the name of the club, but they had a 300 yard range. The one in Bechtelsville isn't a nice range, but it's very close to my house and there is a pond to go fishing and it's inexpensive.

I am a web developer. I thought about putting together a directory style website, that lists gun, archery and rod clubs by region, here in PA. It would make getting all of the information a person needs, so much easier. Free to use, Free to get listed on. I might do this.

Thoughts?

The problem I have found is that there is no definitive database with current info. I thought about putting something together, that was complete, had EVERYTHING.
