convention center used to be state run... a few years ago, they 'privatized' and laid off most of the state worker employees - it is privately run now.

Went there on Saturday and like every year before, there are no metal detectors or signs about carrying. I have always CC'd there and have never had an issue. The only time there have been any restrictions to carrying there is during the tattoo show. At that event there are tons of armed and unarmed security and people with metal detector wands.

We went today. No issues. There were cops in Jefferson Station, but I didn't see any in the convention center. There is no Pat downs, detectors or signs.
