    Default thoughts on kimber ultra raptor II

    Have a chance to pick up this pistol for good price. Anyone have one,or thoughts of it

    Nice pistols typically have very tight tolerances as compared to other production 1911's. I'm not a huge fan of all the extra contours and slide and frame work but they are done well. I've had a TLE RL II for 7 years now and never has a single malfunction using factory and CM mags.

    If you have the option of putting rounds through it 1st then go for it with a few different t types of ammo and make sure it's functioning well.
