Re: Open Carry on a motorcycle thoughts?
Actually, for all intents and purposes, it's "in or on" a vehicle, whether that vehicle is an automobile, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, unicycle, tricycle, moped, riding lawnmower, garden tractor, any tractor, horse, skateboard or anything else that can convey one from Point A to Point B.
Try arguing the difference between "in" and "on" to a judge and he'll tell you what he thinks of your argument.
And actually, there is Pennsylvania law in regards to "transporting" a firearm - it covered by the exceptions to Section 6106.

All instances of which are "carry" in a vehicle, and referred to as such.
The words "transport" and/or "transporting" appear nowhere in the UFA. Too many (mistakenly) believe that if they do the whole FOPA routine, they can legally take a gun with them wherever they want, even without a license - as was implied in post #47.Get your "Guns Save Lives" stickers today!
