Needing a form 1 for an sbr ar signed off by the sherrif anyone have recent experience with this? Also do they offer finger printing there or do I need to run up to the state police barracks in Dublin?
Thanks again,

Re: Bucks country sherrif paperwork
Call and make an appointment. It's a drama free process. I've always got my fingerprints else where but am pretty sure they do them as well, somebody else can confirm for sure.
Oh, they are now in the new building across the street.

Wouldn't you need to go to your local Police Department for the CLEO sign-off?

Re: Bucks country sherrif paperwork
Sherrif is the go to for form 1 in bucks county from everything I have read on the NFA page here. Thank you for the responses maybe someone else can confirm 100% but I think phillyd2 is correct. Also one more small question, anywhere you guys would recommend to get my lower laser engraved who isn't going to freak out that it is a "gun part" and will do a nice clean job.
Thanks again,
Joe

I send all mine to Orion Arms for engraving because that's what they do and they do tons of it. And because I've had some tough ones.

Re: Bucks country sherrif paperwork
The Bucks Sheriff does require an appointment. They charge $20-25 to do your prints.
The CLEO signature requirement is going away for all individual and entity Forms within a few months, so factor that in.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com
