A lawyer's office with a puppy? Hell yeah. I'd be all over that. (:

To be frank, I get this question all the time either through my website or via phone calls. Most attorneys avoid answering the question or posting their prices as once we post a price we have to honor them for 90 days if we post them anywhere or one year if we put them in print. See Rule 7.2 RPC My price has not changed since 2012. I have no intention of changing it anytime soon.

I do not like to post on any forum with my attorney handle as attorneys have to be very, very careful how we word anything we say. If I give advice that is good today and someone uses it two years from now and it is out of date and they get in trouble, guess who gets a phone call or a complaint? I also don't want to go into every thread with "Please call my office, I would be happy to speak with you!" as this might run afoul of several solicitation rules. It also does not contribute to the community, IMHO. I currently grow my practice largely through word of mouth and in-person appearances.

I wanted this answer to be able to be found online, in a large, well used community so that the public was better informed why attorneys were not matching the companies for Trust creation. I also wanted to be able to address some of the common questions and probably hear a few I have not heard before. I spend a lot more time lurking than posting for the reasons specified above. Legal advice is heavily regulated and anything you say can and will...well you know the rest.

The problem he has is he has to keep a steady supply of fresh puppies on hand. Once hey get past puppy stage, he does something with them. I recommend you don't stay for lunch.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

I thought that's what your post was doing and apparently that's what you thought my post was doing.

Looks like his post isn't the only thing that's "fun and entertaining".

Because it was an advertisement... I have no idea who owns PAFOA but I hope he gets a few bucks from the OP for this thread.

    Dan P I would imagine.

Compared to a lot of threads that get posted, I am always happy to see true gun related threads that are at least somewhat informative........ self promotional or not.

Might not be as entertaining as as body being disolved in acid, or a hot hotel with a mighty shirt, but it has to do with the purpose of the site.
