There are time limits on cc disputes, but where the product is delivered over a longer time frame, that may be extended.

Guns do not mix well with anger management issues.

One is a felony, 6 are misdemeanors, and one is a summons. I bet he will plead them down and only have one misdemeanor against him and part of the plea will be to allow him to keep the business.
I thought it would be fun to print out the copies, drive by during the day and tape them up all over the front door so people could see who's business they're about to support. I thought the same thing about a plea but I can't imagine the prosecutor would allow that to happen. I hope not at least. Just by being an crass heap of shit, this guy was giving reasonable gun owners a bad name but now he's been arrested and facing felony charges? Fuck him. Convict him, take away his ffl. You've got to be one seriously selfish and STUPID son of a whore to put yourself in a position where you can face these sort of consequences. The business you run to support your family is based on you lawfully owning and distributing firearms, you employ X number of people who can lose their jobs and fuck up their lives, you've taken X number of people's money for a range that took forever to complete and put all of that in jeopardy because you're too fucking dumb to settle a problem with someone with some means other than violence and ultimately get yourself arrested.

He's probably open to civil litigation for services paid for but not provided, right?

I do not know Jason but I would suggest not making any accusations not knowing the circumstances. Good way to ruin someone's business, especially another gun shop.

"Jason's" own words, attitude, and actions will ruin his business just fine on their own.

He's a black eye on the gun owning community. If you don't believe it, you haven't read the threads linked earlier with his Facebook musings.

Well, Jason is just one of the owners of Iron City Armory. There's still owners and employees that are there and the range is still open as of this morning, they just apparently can't do anything with guns at the moment. I'm pretty certain the other owners are going to file for a new FFL. Seems like way too much invested to just give up.

Well, if he's "just one" owner, I guess people can justify going there.

"I'm not supporting the douchebag", I'm supporting the other guys.

Somehow I doubt the others are cut from a much different cloth, but you never know. Sometimes good people like to partner up with idiot, douchebags because it's just good business sense to do so.

    SouthHillsNinja,

Your post is in accordance with my own thoughts, I also know that Jason is not the only owner and figure that the range will continue on. I expect that a new FFL holder will have to take over but the range should continue on, after all another local range continued doing "range" business while their FFL was suspended for 6 months here in Pittsburgh.
Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice.

    From their Facebook page:

"Iron City Armory would like to apologize for the inconvenience of our FFL being temporarily suspended. The other owners are working to get a new FFL. The indoor range and store will remain open. All memberships are still valid, and everyone is welcome to come and enjoy our indoor range. We will share more information as it becomes available. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience."
