    Default 2016 Updates on LTCF

    Hey guys,

I am not a Philly resident so my GA Weapons License is no longer valid. I have a few questions about the LTCF application for Philly.

    1) Do I need references? I am hearing that I do not, but the state form has references on it. Should I provide them anyway?
    2) Do I need the 2x2 photo?

Wish me luck. In GA, it takes $30 and you get a temp license the same day that is valid until the real one comes in the mail.

-The lawsuit says you do not need two references. You no longer need the two letter of references. But, if you do not list two names and numbers on the blanks of the form it may not be accepted (rejected).

-You DO need the passport type photo.

-You also need the various proof of Phillt residency (utility bills or such). I assume you have a PA driver's license at this point.

The law says new issuances/renewals must be processed in 45 calendar days or less. I am on 8 weeks without word (what should be a super easy/clean renewal), I know someone who is in a similar situation but submitted in late October.
