I will officially go on record as warning that using an OC function to intimidate your neighbors is liable to get you in very hot legal water.
I would strongly suggest that you first go over with a cake or something as has been suggested, and give the old, "maybe we got off on the wrong foot", speech. Explain yourself and see where that goes, no matter what results you have had previous. After that, if there is still no resolution, go the camcorder route. Introducing firearms, with the intent to intimidate, is a bad idea no matter what the situation...

Open carrying a cake will likely have a better effect on a persons willingness to listen to you more than a Glock. They taste better and if you starting talking like neighbors, things migh just change.

Re: oc cookout in carlisle who is in
I whole heartedly agree with this. The introduction of firearms into the mix is not a good idea. What you are proposing is to introduce the notion that you carry a gun to intimidate the neighbor to back down. This has a real possibility of escalating the situation. Your neighbor will be calling the police on you and your invites. And yes, while OC is legal and I support it, c is for your protection against the threat of life-threatening violence. I do not want to minimize the bull shit your neighbor is doing, but flaunting OC in an effort to intimidate them in my mind does no good, could cause an unecessary escalation and in the end could do more harm than good.
