Kimber Dealers? Looking for a Solo.

Looking for a dealer that has a Kimber Solo (9mm) in stock. Anyone see such a bird in the area?

Read any reviews on those? From the little I've read about the Kimber Solo, the recoil spring needs to be replaced every 1,000 rounds, and it's reportedly not that reliable with bullet weights less than 124 grains; YMMV. A reviewer on TTAG claimed it was also snappy as hell.

Yes. Most of the negativity came from users that didn't RTFM and used lighter rounds, as you suggest. Spring replacement is no big deal, I bet its' probably about the same on any subcompact, be it a Kahr, SIG or other. Same for recoil - you have a high velocity heavy round in a small gun. No suprirses there.

So, same question. Is there a dealer in Pike County that has one in stock?

Not sure where your located but both Dunkleburger stores have them if you don't mind over paying.

I cant confirm stock, but

Double Action Inc 611 Industrial Park Dr, Yeadon, 19050 Phone: (610) 626-2995 has the most Kimber stock I have seen in one place. They are a certified Master Kimber distributer.
