That's why Obama has to bypass Congress who represents the people. Most of us do NOT want more gun control laws. There are already too many!

All these polls, different organizations and when you read a comments section, the gun control nuts all say "the majority wants blah blah blah ". Sore losers the lot

A. Do you believe that anyone should be able to purchase a gun without a background check?

B. Should the Federal govt restrict gun purchases through increased background checks?

According to NBC Channel 8 (Lebanon/Lancaster/York area), 55% approve of the executive action, while only 45% are unhappy about it. Makes me wonder what the real numbers are, before the liberal spin multiplier is applied.

Internet online polls are very often not reliable because one the poll is published people have a tendency to let others with the same convictions as theirs know about the poll. I say this post and went to the poll to vote no. I suspect that others did too. Same would be for the anti 2A crowd. From what I have read in recent weeks the numbers are more the reverse of the CNN poll with about 58% of Americans are for expanded background checks while they oppose 'assault' weapons bans and any further restrictions on the right to carry.
