Re: LTCF woes
I wonder if it's because we are so close in proximity to NJ and NY?

Re: LTCF woes
It seems Philly is even easier than Monroe now. After the lawsuit they do not require references at all anymore. And I do not think they require tax forms either. It's a shame that lawsuit didn't lead to a decision making this application process more uniform across the state (and easier on the applicant).

Re: LTCF woes
We need a copy of local income tax form to prove residency.

Re: LTCF woes
I've got friends that received theirs same day, others that their references were never contacted (I was one of the references). The counties should all be in the same page and have identical processes.

Re: LTCF woes
Berks county doesn't check references and gives you ltc in 15 to 20 minutes depending on the line and pics.

Re: LTCF woes
Face it, Martin is an anti scum bag. If he loses sleep at night because a non resident might get a DL and get a LTCF he is placing the burden on the applicants instead of himself.
That is in complete conflict with the concept of shall issue, but does fall right from the anti's playbook. If it walks, looks and sounds like a duck.................
