I was able to open that web page and download the app as well so it's working here.

Re: LTCF woes
was the lawsuit won? i saw no news of it, thought it was still pending.
yeah only things that can stop me from running are: petition, i dont know many people. and funds, i don't have $$$ for signs and bilboards and crap.
i dont expect to win, but even a small thorn... ya know?
if the lawsuit is won, maybe joshua will chime in here or throw it on his blog?There is no way to make it out alive...

Re: LTCF woes
yea, i saw that but did not know any of those words meant "it's all done"
preliminary and enjoin and legalese...
quoting the important bits relating to the bs games they were playing with us.
The preliminary injunction precludes the Monroe County Sheriff from:
Sending out postcards advising applicants of their license renewal, denial or acceptance;
Requiring applicants to submit Local 1% Earned Income Tax Forms, Federal Income Tax Returns, Pa. State Tax Returns or Real Estate Tax Bills;
Requiring written documentation from an applicant’s doctor as to the specific nature of applicant’s disabilities, as well as, any medications the applicant may be taking due to the disability;
Requiring a copy of the applicant’s Social Security Statement;
Requiring a copy of an applicant’s DD-214 (military discharge papers);
Requiring any references to be Monroe County residents; and,
Requiring an applicant to provide a list of medications that he or she may be prescribed.Last edited by fallenleader; March 26th, 2018 at 12:47 PM.

Re: LTCF woes
Now I'm in the same position as the OP. Sheriff sends a letter saying they have not received the form back from reference 2. Same for my wife. Both references say they sent it back to the address on the form. It's stupid to go through all of this. Like references that I provide would send negative feedback. Now to have them resend the forms to have the references mail them back again.
