Re: LTCF woes
Update for everyone.
I hold in my hand my Approved LTCF.
Both of my NJ references said they received a form and they quickly returned it. After thinking I was going to be denied for out of state references they approved me with no problems.
Now I have to find a good carry pistol

Re: LTCF woes
Congrats! Good luck with your search for a carry pistol that works well for you. My most commonly carried guns in warmer weather are my Glock 26 and my Taurus 85 Ultra-Lite, and in the fall and winter months I've been carrying a Glock 17 more than anything; it's much easier to conceal under a long sleeve shirt and a jacket or coat.

Re: LTCF woes
i meant to say days, 45 days. she should get approved. if not, we'll see in about a week and a half unless they decide that 45 days is only mondays and thursdays on the first and last week of the month only on months of 28 days or less.
edit: thats the last time i post sober. christ, 45 weeks? thats almost a year. There is no way to make it out alive...

Re: LTCF woes
Woohoo!
Did you have to submit the 1% earned income BS? My accountant said I need till next year after I filed before I can get that document.
What a bunch of BS, I have PA driver license and even PA LLC.

Re: LTCF woes
like i said, i don't want to say too much in case i have to do something or other through an appeal or the courts. but if you can convince them to accept the application, your golden. shame you can't certify mail these. they require you to sign in their presence and photograph at that time. i'm betting they'd just toss the cert mail out and pocket the cash.
edit: obviously your golden only if you can legitimately pass the requirements set forth by pa law. if your a felon... thats another story.Last edited by fallenleader; December 29th, 2016 at 10:24 PM.
