The reference that was accepted for my wife and I is our neighbor, so he's in Monroe. My second was a coworker from Wayne county and my wife's second was a family friend from Virginia.

    Sounds like ball busting again.

Guess it's let it be denied and appeal. Anybody know how I appeal?

You'll need to file in the Court of Common Pleas. An attorney is highly advisable. You only have 30 days from date of denial to file an appeal, so if you think you are truly headed down this path, get prepared NOW.

One more hail Mary before it comes to that. Hopefully, it all works out. I'd love to stick it to Martin in court, but I don't want to go through all of that. Gift and a curse type of thing.

I renewed on 8-16. No 214, no Berkheimer, but my references are both from Monroe. Took 15 minutes. The clerk did say that new apps would be delayed by the backround check but did not mention how much of a delay

Bumping my own thread. Renewals are certainly different now.

Sheriff didn't bother asking my references. Approval in a day or so via email. All applications via email now.

Had to make an appointment two weeks out for at 2:15 in order to pick up my LTCF. Got there at 2:15 and had a 45 minute wait to get in the door. Another 15 minutes inside for an hour total to get my LTCF. Everyone working there said the wait is a daily occurrence.
