Picked up a new sig today!

I went to my favorite LGS on Saturday and I fell in love with another sig. I tried not to buy it, I swear lol. Well I thought about it all day yesterday and this morning I had to go back and pick this baby up. I was torn between a p227 sas and a p220 compact. I ended up with the 227 sas. I really loved the compact but honestly with the E2 grips the P227 felt damn near as slim as the P220 compact and for almost double the capacity the slight difference in thickness was worth it to me. I will most likely end up with the compact as well. The dehorn job on these new sas guns is really really nice. Now I just need to order a new body for my MTAC and I will be set.

I had a poor man's sig (SP2022 in .40) once and it was a great gun. As soon as I sell my house and start living out of my truck, I plan on getting a P227! LOL Awesome buy and enjoy!

i just picked up a mint 226 in 9mm at Tanners yesterday for 499. didn't plan on buying a 226 but for 500 bucks I don't see how I could go wrong. The 226 has been fired but zero wear of any kind on the slide or frame and the gun doesn't have a rail which is a plus in my book.
