Question Spouse children covered under your LTCF per the UFA?

I was wondering this after reading over the UFA. Is your wife/children covered under your LTCF? Say you just got home your gun is locked in your car safe or even under the seat, Your wife/husband/children have to use your car to get to the store before it closes. They get pulled over in their haste. The gun is found, are they covered under exception 13 below? or am I reading it wrong?

My understanding is that as long as the vehicle being used is in the name of the person with the LTCF AND the person driving was LEGALLY allowed to own a firearm, yes, it would be the exception. But, IANAL.

Probably bring some hassle. If your minor children are driving said vehicle the hassle would probably be greater, but IANAL either.
