Default do i have to reapply for LTCF for moving to another county

I live in carbon county and im going to be moving to monroe county. It took 20 mins to get my LTCF in carbon county (Expires in 2020). It was a breeze. I hear stories about how difficult it is to obtain a LTCF in Monroe. Therefore if I do move will i have to reapple? If so, wont I be denied off the bat, because I know Monroe requires a 2 yr residency. So now i cant get my LTCF when i already have it in Carbon? Any help would be great because this is really bothering me.

A license is good until it expires or is revoked. There is no means to change the address. Just call your issuing officer and notify them of your new address so they can update their record so that you get your renewal notice.

You will then renew when the time is right at your new sheriffs office.

If Monroe County has a time allotment of residency, they are breaking state law and the sheriff, and his department, is committing a 1st Degree Misdemeanor punishable by 5 years in prison.

Yup, there has already been a lawsuit filed against them for it. The sheriff claims there is another law that supersedes it. Anyways thank you for the reply.
