The PA Supreme Court chamber still exists in the Capitol. And the use it for argument when the court sits in Harrisburg. So technically, this makes the Capitol a court facility.

Now, I think making the entire complex a facility always has been a stretch.

Didn't we just build them a shinny new courthouse in Harrisburg? Not the one with people have sex on the roof, that was the federal courthouse.

The women at the front desk do not work for the Sheriff's office. The perform some functions by taking LTCF applications. They do not issue the LTCF, they are sent down from the Sheriff's office in Doylestown. They also perform tasks for other offices like dog licenses. passports, job applications, etc. The health Department takes up most of the other space.

The Government Services Center does not have Probation or Parole offices.

I would also question the legality of someone not employed by the sheriff having any access to LTCF information, considering it is to remain confidential.

Just saw this posted on fb by Firearms Owners Against Crime -East.

This is what they posted:

URGENT UPDATE!!! While we are declaring victory, this battle for our rights isn't over. A number of fellow patriots were able to get the ear of someone in charge over the weekend. I arrived at the Lower Bucks County Government Services Building about 10:00 am. It was full of LTCF applicants. THE SIGNS ON THE DOORS WERE GONE!!! I spoke to the deputy involved. He said he got a call to remove all those no firearms signs. I gave him a copy of 6119 and 6120 and also let him know these laws are in the book they are giving to new LTCF applicants. He was shocked to learn that.
Great job by everyone involved!

Those involved were able to get the "firearms prohibited" signs removed from the county annex and the county library across the parking lot.

So there you have it.Another win............
