I would agree with you, except even the gun manufacturer's have abandon CA as a lost cause. In the last two days I've seen both Colt and Ruger introduce new firearms and tell the residents of CA they were SOL. I believe the majority in our country see the joke that is nicknamed the PRCA.

Utter BULLSHIT! Cali already has a law that allows a person to be placed on a 72 hour psychiatric evaluation AND immediate seizure of that person's firearms is made by a special State Police squad. If the individual is found to be "sane" or not a threat the guns are retained by the state for a period of 5 YEARS during which time the subject MUST remain "sane" and legit!

In short, there is NO due process!
